Zoom global outage preventing users to meet up on the app
A Global outrage has been noticed on Zoom meeting app. This prevents users from joining meetings or sees video and hears audio once they have joined. And therefore, if you are hoping to join your Sunday class or attend virtual Church or access your virtual exercise class you might face trouble into this.
DownDetector, an outrage monitoring site, says, Zoom began experiencing the difficulties at Approx 7 AM EST when attempting to join virtual meetings.
Zoom status page states, they start investigating the outrage at 9:42 AM EST. As per them, only a small subset of users got affected by this.
Their update on 10:41 AM EST stated they are “continuing to investigate this issue.”
Their latest update on 5/17/20 11:45 AM EST: Zoom states that the issue has been resolved.
If that does not work, log out of Zoom, log back in, and then try to access their meeting again.
