Windows 10 Insider Cumulative Update Dev Build 21301.1010 (KB5000626) is available now
Windows 10 Insider Cumulative Update Build 21301.1010 (KB5000626) has already available in Windows Insiders in Dev Channel. This is a small update, just to test the servicing pipeline, said Microsoft’s Windows development team.
The released note for KB5000626 also discussed about some issues that the company says they are working on for the fix.
“Some Insiders have reported that their PC experiences PC an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bugcheck when attempting to upgrade to Build 21301. We are working on a fix and will let you know when it’s included in an upcoming flight.”
Originally, the release was available in previous week. It brought some refinements with the touch-keyboard. These are:
- Users now easily switch to the small keyboard layout while undocking the keyboard and easily move to the keyboard around using the gripper region on the top,
- On the default layout, there will be feature to an update symbol view for the small and split layouts,
- Nested structure in the settings menu for improved clarity and less clutter
Also, we have a new password feedback icon on the left of the space bar. Users can use it when they like to turn on visual key press feedback on the touch keyboard when they are in the password field.
There is also an update to the default keyboard layout on 12” or larger screen with the more traditional keyboards having ESC, Tab and Windows keys.
