According to report, some most popular companies like Microsoft, Google, LogMeIn and Cisco are currently offering free licenses to their meeting, collaboration and Remote Work Tools as well due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). These products will allow the remote workers to perform virtual meetings and cheat with other employees while working remotely from their homes or any safe places. These international companies have taken this strong decision to prevent spreading of Coronavirus among their employees and even in public. Google Company offers free access to Hangouts Meet for G Suite users

According to report, Google has already announced that they are now offering G Suite and G Suite for Education Customers free access to their hangouts Meet Video conferencing features. The companies offer several features including up to 250 participants per call for larger meetings, live streaming for up to 100,000 viewers within a domain and ability to record meetings and save to Google Drive. Google Company has stated in their announcement that these features are available in “Enterprise Edition of G Suite” and in “G Suite Enterprise for Education” without any additional cost to all the customers.

CISCO Company offers free enhanced “WebEx” licenses

For those who are not aware, CISCO Company has improved its free WebEx license that is now support meetings with up to 100 participants and unlimited amount of time. The company is also offering free 90-day licenses for business users that are not currently WebEx customers. Let’s take have a look at CISCO announcement.

Another famous company, LogMeIn is offering free 3-month site-wide license for “Emergency Remote Work Kit” that is designed to go to meeting remotely means workers can join virtual meetings with other employees. Let’s take have a look at statement of CEO of LogMeIn, Bill Wagner.

“Starting immediately, we will be offering our critical front-line service providers with free, organization-wide use of many LogMeIn products for 3 months through the availability of Emergency Remote Work Kits.
