About windows 10 in 2021: What To Expect From Microsoft

As 2021 finally started, the tech giant Microsoft is planning to release some new features and updates for its OS named Windows 10 along with more other of its products.

As per the latest statement by the company, it’s not going to release Windows 11, but is to release new updates for Windows 10 to add new features, improvements, and many more.

Also, the company will continue to develop new Surface products with Windows 10, windows on ARM and windows 10X.

Details About Windows 10 21H1

Speaking about this term, it’s a new condemn version or update for Windows 10 that is expected to release this year later in spring with build number 19043.

In compare to May 2020 update, this new 21H1 update is expected to be come with minor releases including quality improvements, bug fixes and security enhancements for corporate users.

Means, the new update will be installed on computer quicklym and we hope it brings many new features with fewer issues.

Windows 10X

In inclusion to 21H1, Microsoft is also planned to launch its new modular OS called Windows 10X, which was initially unveiled for dual-screen devices.

While, the Windows 10X for dual screen devices is on hold, Microsoft is now attempting to get Windows 10X for single screen devices, and is expected to release in spring this year.

Reportedly, the Windows 10X has been updated to meet the needs of various affordable low-end hardware available in the education field, and is also rumored to debut in higher range devices as well.

As per the company, the windows 10X to include a new Start Menu experience and have an attractive set of colored icons offering a simple look with few custom options.

Windows 10 21H2 ‘Sun Valley’

Following 21H1 and the 10X, the tech giant also plans to offer its users with 21H2 update for Windows 10.. this new update is expected to arrive this year and will include new user interface, that’s named as ‘Sun Valley’.

This expected to come update will be a full featured update which includes a number of enhancements for the Start Menu, Taskbar, Action Center, and even many more.

For an instance, the company said that it’s new design ideas with rounded corners and Fluent Design for app menus and elements like the ListView buttons, sliders, and so on.

In addition to these, the Microsoft is also testing a beta version of new animation for Windows 10 app Windows, including UWP apps and legacy apps.

Cloud PC

As it’s already reported earlier, the Microsoft is developing a new virtualized Windows PC experience named Cloud PC, with the help of this new relase, the business users can run their personal computers in the cloud and access it remotely using their devices.

Cloud PC is expected to be a part of Microsoft’s “Windows as a service” tagline, and it will enable Win32 apps streaming support on Windows 10X as well.

However, the Cloud PC will not replace any existing services, and will be offered to users as a paid service for business customers.

Streaming support for Android

As per what suggested by reports, the Microsoft is creating an Android subsystem for Windows 10 to allow native support for Android apps. The company is also working on a new developer tool which would allow users to distribute android app through MS Store to MSIX package.
