Microsoft releases an emergency Windows 10 update to patch BSODs and apps crashing
Microsoft rolled out an urgent update to the Windows 10 to patch reported WI-FI issues and problems with apps sudden crashing.
The out-of-band KB5001028 release also fixes the BSOD error that was caused when people try to connect to WPA3 WI-FI networks after January and February updates for Windows 10.
The OS builder confirmed that the Blue Screen of Death errors were caused when the device wake up from sleep or wake up from hibernation.
Only a small number of devices impacted with this issue before the release of the fix, the Redmond based tech giant said.

For your knowledge, Microsoft will soon retire the Windows 10 version 1909, released back in 2019. The end support date for Windows 10 1909 (aka 19H2) is May 11.
